Mess, MDWith a passion for plastic surgery, Dr. Sarah Mess has a heart felt desire to help each and every patient look his or her best, as well as the sincere dedication, knowledge, and talent that appeal to men and women desiring enhancement. Dr. Mess’ well-rounded and unique practice is based upon the goals and concerns of her patients. She is always in tune with the advances of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and highly regarded by her peers, prompting patient referrals from numerous oncologists, dermatologists and other medical practitioners.

Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Olney, Maryland, Dr. Mess is the daughter of an orthopedic surgeon father and artist mother, who have naturally inspired her approach in combining artistry with surgery.

With extensive training and education, Dr. Mess is affiliated with the Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, and Montgomery General Hospital in Olney. Dr. Mess is esteemed by her patients and the community as an accommodating and friendly figure, willing to reach out and provide services for those who wish to enhance their image and quality of life.

Meet Our Staff

We want every patient to feel at ease with his or her decision to have plastic surgery. To help enhance your experience, our patient care coordinator and certified nurse attend to every patient and makes sure that their surgical experience proceeds smoothly. Justine McKenna and Renee Plazak, RN are an integral part of Dr. Sarah Mess’ practice. They understand the importance of maintaining a close relationship with the doctor’s patients and are highly regarded as warm, friendly, and compassionate.
